MomoX is a paid software subscription: a native-feeling desktop application (macOS and Windows) for charting, momentum analysis, and market scanning. It is a focused tool for one job — reading momentum — instead of a hundred menus you never open.
Market data flows through your own free Alpaca account, entered locally on your Mac. MomoX never sees, stores, or transmits your API keys, and it never touches your brokerage or your money. You bring the data connection; MomoX brings the instrument.

Requirements: a Mac (macOS) or PC (Windows), and a free Alpaca account (alpaca.markets) for market data. Alpaca account creation and any optional paid Alpaca data plans are separate from, and not included in, your MomoX subscription.
You need a free Alpaca account for market data — signing up takes a few minutes at alpaca.markets and no funding is required. MomoX reads data; it does not place trades or connect to your buying power.
On your Mac, as local environment variables read by a small local helper. They are never sent to us, never stored in the browser, and never leave your machine except to authenticate directly with Alpaca.

Streaming quotes are live from the IEX feed included with free Alpaca accounts; consolidated full-market history is available on a short delay. If you upgrade your own Alpaca data plan, MomoX uses it automatically.
MomoX is a software product operated by Clark Trading LLC ("MomoX," "we," "us"). By purchasing a subscription or using the application, you agree to these terms.
A MomoX subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the MomoX application on computers you own or control, for the duration of your paid subscription. You are buying access to software — not financial services, market data entitlements, or investment advice.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to subscribe.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in U.S. dollars via Stripe, our payment processor, and renew automatically each billing period until canceled. The price in effect for your plan is shown at checkout and on this site. We will give you advance notice by email before any price change takes effect on your subscription.
You can cancel at any time as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms.
MomoX displays market data retrieved through your own Alpaca account under your own credentials and Alpaca's terms. We do not provide, license, or redistribute market data, and we are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or timeliness of third-party data feeds. MomoX is independent software and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Alpaca.
MomoX provides charting and analysis tools for informational purposes only. Nothing in the application or on this site constitutes investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation regarding any security or strategy. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
You agree not to reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the application or its output; not to share license access beyond your own devices; and not to use MomoX in violation of applicable law or third-party data agreements.
We ship improvements regularly and your subscription includes updates released while it is active. Features may evolve over time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of update or license services.
The application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clark Trading LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including trading losses or lost profits — arising from your use of MomoX. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these terms: hello@momox.io.
We collect the minimum needed to run a subscription: your name and email address, and records of your subscription status. Payments are processed by Stripe; your full card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our systems. Stripe's handling of your payment data is described in Stripe's own privacy policy.
To provide access to the software, process payments, respond to support requests, and send service emails about your account (receipts, renewal notices, important product updates). We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate MomoX (currently Stripe for payments and our email provider for support and receipts), or when required by law.
We keep account records while your subscription is active and as required for tax and accounting afterward. You can request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@momox.io; we respond within 30 days.
MomoX is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Cancel anytime by emailing hello@momox.io from the email address on your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues through the end of the billing period you've already paid for. No cancellation fees.
First-time subscribers: if MomoX isn't for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full — no questions, no hoops.
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, but if a renewal charged when you'd already asked us to cancel, or you believe you were billed in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we'll make it right.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
